Roundhill Kennels-Terms and Conditions
The use of cameras or other recording devices are NOT allowed on these premises.
When leaving please wait for the gates to full close to help keep the site safe and secure
No smoking, vaping or naked flames are allowed to be use on the entirety of our premises.
Payments & Opening hours.
• All day care must be paid in full within 7 days of booking taking place
• Day care dates will only be transferred if written alteration is received 7 days before the intended
arrival date (subject to availability)
• All fees for overnight boarding should be paid either in full or a 50% deposit (non-refundable) within 7
days of booking taking place.
• Deposits will only be transferred if written cancellation or alteration is received 30 days before the
intended arrival date. Deposit Transfers can not be added onto existing deposits/booking. Deposit
transfers are only held for 30 day of cancellation date , if new dates are not received in 30 days then
the transfer is cancelled.
• Payment must be made in full 30 days on or before date of boarding. If payment if not received on
time the booking will be automatically cancelled.
• Kennel price includes day of drop off and day of collection.
• Prices for boarding are double for Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year’s Day.
• The kennels are closed on Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year’s Day we do not accept any dogs
unless prior arranged.
• NO dogs will be received or collected out of normal drop off/ collection times. Monday – Friday 8 am
– 12 noon 2.15 -6pm (last pick up and drop off appointment time is 11:45am and 5:45pm) Saturday
and Sunday 9am-12 noon 2.15 -5pm (last pick up and drop off 11:45am and 4:45pm)
• Collection and delivery of dogs shall be made during your timed booking slot. Please keep to these
times or contact us to advise of any changes as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse to board any dog that is clearly unwell, or that we consider could be
dangerous to our staff.
• If any booking is cancelled, we must receive notification in writing as telephone cancellations alone
are NOT accepted. If written notice is not received by Roundhill you will still be liable to settle the full
amount
• Should any bookings be cancelled for whatever reason less then 30 days before the arrival date then
the full outstanding amount is still chargeable.
• Once a booking has been cancelled the booking can not be reinstated, ,if you wish to book again this
will be classed as a new booking and will be chargeable.
Vaccinations
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus &
Parainfluenza their vaccination cards must be presented upon arrival.
• Dogs without their vaccination cards/certificates will be refused entry. Current vaccinations cards will
be kept while your dog stays with us and will be returned upon departure.
• Kennel Cough (canine infectious Bronchitis) we do insist on kennels cough. Please check your
vaccination certificates.
• All vaccinations must have been carried out and completed 2 weeks prior to boarding your dog.
• Dogs must also be treated for parasites and worms on a regular basis.
• Any dog that does not have all the vaccinations and kennel cough will be refused entry.

Accident or illness
• In case of any accident or illness we will use our own vets: -
• 387 Walsall Rd, Great Wyrley, Walsall, WS6 6DP.
• In case of any accident or illness the staff feel is beyond their control I agree to the following: - any
treatment &/or surgery deemed necessary by the above-named veterinary practice. I also agree to
settle any bill which may arise from illness or injury that is not cover by Roundhill kennels insurance.
Failure to collect your pets
• If any pets are not collected within 14 days of the date which they were due to leave the kennels and no
communication is received from the owners or they cannot be contacted, then a decision to hand over the
dog (s) to a suitable rescue kennels or to rehome will be made.
Micro- chipping
• As from the 6th of April 2016 you are required by law to have any dog’s micro chipped. No dog is
accepted for boarding without a microchip, you must arrange for your pet to be micro chipped before
they are boarding at the kennels. If you do not agree to your pet (s) being micro chipped, then we
have (under the licence conditions) the obligation to report your details to the local authority.
Entry and exit movements Electric collars, trackers or cameras.
• No electric collars or collars fitted with trackers or cameras are permitted in the kennels. Any of
which that are brought, in will be removed.
CCTV
• Please be aware that all entry and exit movements may be logged and that the kennels may be
covered by CCTV along with ANPR CCTV some of which is recorded and stored.
While every level of bio security is taken by us to prevent kennel cough and following detailed
veterinary advice, it is impossible to give 100% guarantee due to the wide variety of types and
strengths of the virus. As only the common types are covered by vaccinations, there is always a
possibility of a very occasional dog being susceptible and show symptoms. As this exceedingly rare
possibility is out of our hands, Roundhill will not be held responsible should this occur.

Personal Belongings
While your dog is with us their stay is all inclusive, we provide all toys bedding blankets ect. This is due
to sanitation , standards and quality requirements.
We will accept your own dog’s food, leads and harnesses only.
Roundhill Boarding Kennels are not held responsible for any items being lost or damaged.
Any damage caused by owners dog/s, the cost of repairs and damages will be passed on to the owner
